Central nervous system lesions in von hippel-lindau syndrome

Abstract: Background:A 48-year-old man presented with persisting tinnitus and progressive worsening occipital headaches, neckpain, ataxia and paresthesia of the scalp. There was no recent trauma in his recent history.
