CCL28 Enhances HSV-2 gB-Specific Th1-Polarized Immune Responses against Lethal Vaginal Challenge in Mice

Abstract: Plasmid DNA (pDNA) represents a promising “genetic vaccine platform” capable of overcoming major histocompatibility complex barriers.
