Catalytic utilization of converter gas – an industrial waste for the synthesis of pharmaceuticals

Abstract: From waste to value. An efficient and convenient ruthenium-catalyzed reduction of aromatic nitro compounds using converter gas as a reducing agent to produce valuable pharmaceuticals has been developed.
