Cardiac Amyloidosis: A Rare TTR Mutation Found in an Asian Female

Abstract: Background: Transthyretin cardiac amyloidosis (ATTR) is a life-threatening, debilitating disease caused by abnormal formation and deposit of transthyretin (TTR) protein in multiple tissues, including myocardial extracellular matrix.
