Conferences and health advice has strategic importance in reorienting the model of health, and primary care is considered the structural axis for its expansion and consolidation. This study aimed to analyze the capacity of instances of institutionalized social participation in health of the Integrated Development Region Municipalities of the Distrito Federal and surrounding areas, to influence the management of public policies, especially primary care, in order to attain the satisfaction of users.
