This study aimed to produce a project-based psychomotor assessment instrument in accordance with the 2013 curriculum, on Marketing Mix Competence and to measure student learning outcomes. A research method that was used in this article is Research and Development (R&D). The data was obtained from validation experts, students' understanding of 12 students, as well as student learning outcomes. The validation result of the contents of psychomotor assessment instruments by expert validators which consist of 1 lecturer and 2 teachers are 94 percent and 92.8 percent.Meanwhile, validation of the project by expert validators is about 95 percent and 93.8 percent, respectively. The results of readability test (comprehension) obtained by the students of tenth-grade of Online Business and Marketing Expertise class with 90.2 percent. While the results of student learning in the product label sketch with an average final score of 3.82. Based on the results of content validation and readability test it can be concluded that the project-based psychomotor assessment instrument to measure student learning outcomes is feasible to be used in the teaching-learning process.

This article-published in the Journal Gruppe. Interaktion. Organisation.-provides a ready-to-implement creativity training concept with elements of Design Thinking. Although organizations have expressed an increasing interest in creativity training to help their employees become more creative and innovative, recent research indicates effective creativity training is still lacking. The training course described in this report fills this organizational human resource development requirement for practical, effective idea generation techniques. It focuses on increasing the creativity performance during the Design Thinking idea generation phase. The training concept is designed for a one day onsite workshop with up to 40 participants.

The main aim of this research was to measure 10 th and 12 th grade students' biological conceptual understanding and competences through their upper secondary school studies. Data collection started at the beginning of the upper secondary school biology studies in the 10 th grade. The same students participated in this research when they were in the 12 th grade. A validated instrument of covering four competences: biological conceptual understanding, problem-solving, critical thinking and divergent thinking was used. Overall, this research was meant to evaluate students' conceptual understanding and cognitive skills (problem-solving, critical thinking, divergent thinking) through the socio-scientific issue of lactose intolerance. The sample of students was formed from 42 representatively chosen Estonian schools of grade 10 (N=967) and grade 12 (N=802). The development conceptual understanding and competences of students' during three upper secondary school years of biology studies were discussed. The main results showed that during three years of schooling the students exhibited a statistically significant increase in the tasks, that measured students' biological understanding and cognitive skills. The results showed that the students achieved lower scores in tasks that measured their decision-making and socio-scientific reasoning skills.
