Abstract: Results: Thirty-four patients were enrolled and treated. Patient characteristics were: ECOG performance status 0 in 24 patients, 1 in 10 patients, median age 63 years (range 39-78), and gender male 20, female 14. Dose-escalation was possible to erlotinib 150mg/day for both regimens during chemoradiotherapy. Grade 3/4 leukopenia and neutropenia were noted in both arms.
