Building Intelligence in Automated Traffic Signal Performance Measures with Advanced Data Analytics

Abstract: Automated traffic signal performance measures (ATSPMs) are an effort to equip traffic signal controllers with high-resolution data-logging capabilities and utilize this data to generate performance measures.
