Abstract: diagnostic criteria were proposed: Type-1 IPNB (classical IPNB) is histologically similar to IPMN of the pancreas. Type-2 IPNB (so-called papillary cholangiocarcinoma) has more complex histological architecture with irregular papillary branching or with foci of solid-tubular components.
