Abstract: Technosols are artificial soils generated by diverse human activities and frequently contain toxic substances resulting from industrial processes. Due to lack of nutrients and extreme physico-chemical properties, they represent environments with limited bacterial colonization. Bacterial populations of technosols are dominated usually by Actinobacteria, including streptomycetes, known as a tremendous source of biotechnologically important molecules. In this study, the biodiversity of streptomycete-like isolates… Show more

“…Oves et al investigated Bacillus thuringiensis OSM269 that was tolerant to various concentrations (25–150 mg/L) of HMs, such as Cd, Cr, Cu, Pb, and Ni [ 24 ]. Moreover, because of their diverse enzymatic systems, members of the Streptomyces genus have recently been evaluated as important producers in the remediation of contaminated environments [ 25 ]. In a previous study, two Pseudomonas strains were shown to be resistant to As and other HMs such as Ag, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Hg, Ni, and Pb [ 26 ].…”

“…Soil microorganisms adapt to long-term heavy-metal contamination through changes in microbial community composition and structure rather than in diversity and uniformity ( Li et al, 2017 ). Cimermanova et al (2021) investigated the effects of heavy metals on actinomycetes and observed that actinomycetes were highly tolerant to Pb. In this study, Thermosporothrix and Gaiella with significant differences between different Pb treatments were belonged to Actinomyces ( p < 0.05).…”

“…A baktériumok membránfolyékonyságának modulátorai a Gram típustól függően eltérőek. A Gram-negatív baktériumok főként a telítetlen zsírsav és a telített zsírsav arányát változtatják meg, míg a Gram-pozitív baktériumok szabályozzák az elágazó láncú zsírsavak képződésének mennyiségét vagy zsírsavláncaik hosszát, hogy szabályozzák a membrán fázist a negatív környezeti hatásokra válaszul (CIMERMANOVA et al, 2021). A Gram-pozitív és kataláz negatív baktérium izolátumok megnövekedett száma az anaerob környezetben, utalhat a Clostridium nemzetség fajainak nagyobb arányára a bioszén kezelt talajban, amelynek egyes fajai toxintermelésük révén komoly egészségügyi koczkázatot (botulizmus, tetanusz, hasmenés) hordozhatnak (PERMPOONPATTANA et al, 2011).…”
