Abstract: Cordyceps militaris is an edible and medicinal fungus that has been traditionally used as a crude drug for treatment of human disease. “…The half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC 50 ) values (Table 3) of NM and FM C. militaris at 0.001, 0.01 and 0.1 mM were 1.13, 0.81, 0.59, and 0.87 mg/mL, respectively. The IC 50 of SOD in NM C. militaris (1.13 mg/mL) is very close to previously reported results on C. militaris (SOD IC 50 around 1 mg/mL) [47].
