PT Asuransi Jiwasraya has been facing a crisis since 2020, which later probably demand them to reconstruct their insurance policy. Nothing is decided aside from the reconstruction idea. This is a hard task to deal with as there is a high risk to be borne along. In the worst case, bankruptcy awaits. As technology has taken over most industries, including insurance, it is only normal for the company to take advantage of the applied technology. However, it is still unknown whether the database used could help fulfill the mission. Considering loads of data might be higher by year, it will be more efficient to use the integrated database to transfer the whole data into a new-adapted database rather than creating a new one and manually adapt then add the data. This could be done by doing a Bottom-up approach that occurs in two big steps. This is the safest choice now which is handy and possible.

Privilege refers to a psychological feel right to preferential treatment, being exempt stable social responsibility and universal subjective belief or perception, in different areas can be expressed as a sense of academic privilege, the consumer a sense of privilege, the privilege workplace flu. Psychological privilege enables individuals to become narcissistic, induced interpersonal conflict, selfishness and aggression and so on. The main factors affecting the psychological privilege of individual factors contextual factors have life experience, rearing, attachment type, socioeconomic status, and other environmental organizations and self-compassion, subjective construct, egalitarian values, and so on. Future studies should further explore the psychological privileges concept and structure, expand its research methods, longitudinal studies and strengthen indigenous research and to further explore the psychological factors that may affect the privileges of the privileged and psychological ways to avoid negative consequences (or reduced). As an important element of people's social life, a psychological sense of privilege determines the individual's attitude and implementation efficiency towards social rules, corporate requirements, and work. As a result, people with high levels of psychological privilege are more resistant to being bound by rules and more difficult to manage. Individuals with low levels of psychological privilege are more likely to follow orders. At the same time, from the perspective of identity theory resources and self-regulation and another theoretical perspective of workplace, psychological privilege research is summarized and reviewed.

Global trade is weak in 2019, and China faces increasing pressure to stabilize foreign trade. Because of this, the "Guiding Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Promoting the Development of High-Quality Trade" (from now on referred to as "Opinions") was officially announced on November 28. Based on the content of the "Opinions," this article proposes the following strategies starting from China's main trading partners: investing foreign trade in developing countries and emerging economies, and using the "Belt and Road" initiative to achieve growth in trade with countries along the route; The expansion of national trade scale, taking China, Japan, and South Korea as examples, discusses the significance of the expansion of trade scale of neighboring countries from the two aspects of necessity and feasibility for China to cope with global and economic difficulties in economic development; The construction of the trade zone will increase its influence in the foreign trade system. However, in the context of the current complicated trade field, China's trade field faces many risks. Therefore, the last part of the article proposes that from the perspective of the Chinese government, the government should improve the level of system construction, strengthen the ability to control risks, and effectively provide institutional guarantee for Chinese enterprises to go global and the high-quality development of China's trade.
