Abstract:Middle aortic syndrome is a rare vascular disorder threatening life beyond the age of 40 years. We describe a rare case of atypical presentation of middle aortic syndrome in a 35-year-old female, diagnosed in the third decade of life. The patient was successfully treated with stent implantation; however, she developed vision disturbance in her right eye.
