Abstract:The pandemic caused by the new coronavirus has impacted social interactions and lifestyle habits, including changes in the context of food. To promote health education, several food and nutrition guides were developed for the population. This study, of qualitative approach, carried out a reflexive analysis of four food and nutrition guides made during the pandemic, by content analysis, and identified three thematic axes: (1) meal planning; (2) cleaning of purchases and food; and (3) healthy eating food choice.… Show more
