“…Melanoacanthoma has been described once previously on the eyelid, occurring in a 40‐year‐old black man as multiple, minute, individual and confluent, dark, shiny papules limited in distribution to the left upper eyelid 3 . Cutaneous melanoacanthoma is usually evident as a single, pigmented, verrucous, round or oval plaque with a diameter ranging from a few millimeters to 10 cm 4–14 .
