“…Behcet disease should only be diagnosed in the absence of inflammatory bowel disease or autoimmune disease, the presence of ora! ulceratioE, and two or more of the following: genital ulceration, synovitis (migratory oonerosive oligoarthropathy), posterior uveitis, cutaneous pustular vasculitis, and meningoencephalitis (3)(4)(5).
