“…Zhou and Ai (2005) showed that the difference between cost and product has an important effect on the selection of channel structure in the competition between supply chains. Wu et al (2009) considered joint pricing and quantity decisions and competition under three possible supply chain strategies: Vertical Integration (VI), Manufacturer's Stackelberg (MS), and Bargaining on the Wholesale price (BW(α), α is the bargaining parameter) over a single or infinitely many periods.
