Balloon Laryngoplasty as a Primary Treatment for Subglottic Stenosis

Abstract: To present our experience with balloon laryngoplasty (BL) as a means of establishing control of the compromised airway and as a definitive alternative to open surgery in infants with acquired subglottic stenosis (SGS).
