Bacteriophages and their applications

Abstract: Bacteriophages are ubiquitous in our world, mainly in the oceans, soil, the water and food we consume. They can be used efficiently in modern biotechnology, as well as alternatives to antibiotics for many antibiotic resistant bacterial strains.
