“…It is well known that a non-zero cosmological constant increases the age of the universe, but here we consider the effects on the scale factor, which would change the mode functions of gravitational fields, particularly in the -matter-dominated epoch. This is investigated by calculating the power spectrum of background gravitational waves using two cosmological models; the ordinary model [2,3] and a model with a non-zero cosmological constant, and examining the differences between them. In section 2, we calculate the power spectrum of background gravitational waves in the two cosmological models, and in section 3, we discuss results.…”
