Agminated blue nevus combined with nevus spilus: an uncommon association

[2][3][4][5][6] Although our case described an uncommon association of NS with blue nevus that usually arises in childhood and not in adulthood, the single clinical and dermoscopic exam did not guarantee a confidential diagnosis, and multiple skin biopsies were performed to rule out the diagnosis of melanoma or malignant blue nevus, although the latter is even more rare.
