Abstract: ObjectiveTo evaluate the presence of hyponatremia and natriuresis and their association with atrial natriuretic factor in neurosurgery patients.MethodsThe study included 30 patients who had been submitted to intracranial tumor resection and cerebral aneurism clipping.
