Associations of menstrual pain with intakes of soy, fat and dietary fiber in Japanese women

Abstract: Objective: Intakes of soy, fat, and dietary fiber may be associated with the symptoms of dysmenorrhea through their biological effects on estrogens or prostaglandin production.
