Association of the CT values of real‐time PCR of viral upper respiratory tract infection with clinical severity, Kenya

Abstract: Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) assay of the upper respiratory tract is used increasingly to diagnose lower respiratory tract infections.
