Abstract: Since 2014, sacubitril/valsartan (Entresto®) is widely prescribed for heart failure. Despite neprilysin inhibition’s benefits in heart failure, concerns about potential amyloid-beta (Aβ) accumulation and Alzheimer’s disease (AD) risk have persisted.
