Abstract: Analytic results for the ZHgg vertex are used to study the contribution of pp-+ZH +X from gluon fusion, gg+ZH, at supercollider energies. Because of the destructive interference between the triangle and the box amplitude, gluon fusion is suppressed as compared to quark-antiquark annihilation, qq+ZH, unless the masses of both the top quark and the Higgs boson assume values close to their theoretical upper bounds.
