Assessment of immunoglobulins free light chains in serum and urine of patients with system sclerosis: novel biomarkers for activity disease

Abstract: Free light chains (FLC), considered a biomarker of B cell activity, are frequently elevated in different systemic inflammatory-autoimmune diseases.
