Assessing quality of a web site is most important especially because people world over are dependent on the content hosted on the WEB site for various purposes. May factors are to be considered for assessing the quality. Quality of every factor must be considered individual and also the total quality of the WEB site must be computed. This paper is primarily focused on the factor called “Completeness” which is one of the factors that can be considered for computing the quality of the WEB sites. There can be much of the disconnected in the content hosted on the web site such as missing href, columns in the tables and forms. The more of the disconnectedness in the content that is hosted on the WEB site, the less the quality, as the information hosted on the WEB site is incomplete and less readable

People around the world are at web sites for want of information, doing shopping, conduct literature surveys, gain knowledge, post activities and actions, do chatting, develop communities, and organize events and many such purposes.A vast number of websites are in use for information dissemination. It has become difficult to figure the web site where the information is available for which the user is looking. The search engine invented and implemented to help the user to locate the website where the information is available desired by the users. One of the most critical aspects of extensive usage of the web site is the navigation implemented within the development of web sites. People must be able to navigate across the web sites with ease and land up at the location where the information posted. Users get satisfied when the information that they are looking for is available with ease and within the negligible amount of time.Many factors influence the quality of a web site out, which the factor "Navigation" is the key as it forms the backbone of any web site. If the web sites poorly designed, it leads to the implementation of poor navigation, and the user usually tends to ignore surfing such a website. Some contributions exist in the literature relating the definition and meaning of the factor "Navigation," but no formal methods, techniques, frameworks exist used for computing the quality of the website.An approach / Model presented in this paper for computing quality of a web site considering "Navigation" of the website as the primary focus.

“…The explanation of LCCs has definitely changed the air transport industry in Europe and, in the future, more changes are expected (Macário et al , 2007). The liberalization of air transport industry in the USA by 1978 and then in the early 1990s in the Eu, that was resulted in having the LCCs, has led to significant changes in the global air transport sector .The success of LCCs, and their acquisition of a large market share in the air transport sector are due to the fact that such firms rely mostly on providing the air transport services with a competitive price for passengers. The study pursues to highlight on the experience of LCCs, and the extent of their success in the aviation market. A questionnaire was used to conduct this research. A sample of 292 air passengers participated in this study. The findings indicated that there is a significant relationship between the 4Ps of marketing, namely price, promotion and place, and passengers' purchasing decision-making. Additionally, the results also revealed that price is generally the most important element of the marketing mix affecting the passengers' purchasing decision-making when travelling on board of the LCCs.
