Assessing the Key Success Factors of Knowledge Management Adoption in Supply Chain

Abstract: This study aims to identify teaching practices based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) which includes overall Malaysian. This study is an initial survey before further study on the run. Components such as higher-order thinking skills vary appeal, reorder the skills, skills forecasting, skills and expertise to create a definition of the analogy, that in view of the three main components of the initial of teaching, development of teaching and teaching cover selected as the conceptual framework. “…According to Basheer et al (2019), when employees actively share their knowledge, collaborate toward a common goal and build relationships among themselves, it enables the realization of SC strategy and contributes to an increase in SCP. Arab et al (2017) found that senior management commitment, integration of knowledge and information flows and organizational structure are the three key drivers of KM adoption in the SC. Moreover, He et al (2018) determined how the different KM processes specifically facilitate the strategic and operational development of sustainable SCs.…”

“…According to this, four objective functions were considered, including minimizing each of the following: the costs, environmental pollution, shipping time for customer satisfaction, and the sales level. An efficient supply chain network must be designed to respond to uncertainties [12,13].…”

“…The problem studied in this article was used to provide a model for the optimal sequence of trucks and the cost of operations within the supply chain concerning three objectives (minimizing the cost of transportation, minimizing the sequence of transporting trucks, and minimizing carbon dioxide emissions) [42][43][44][45]. The mathematical model approach is complicated due to the high number of variables and limitations related to the number of trucks sending and receiving and the number of products required to solve the problem.…”
