Assembling Upstream Engagement: the Case of the Portuguese Deliberative Forum on Nanotechnologies

Abstract: This article analyzes a deliberative forum on nanotechnologies, organized in Portugal within the scope of the research project DEEPEN-Deepening Ethical Engagement and Participation in Emerging Nanotechnologies.
