Abstract: Resumo: Os autores relatam sua experiência no uso da dermatoscopia na psoríase ungueal e descrevem os achados dessa ferramenta diagnóstica. “…Psoriasis limited to the nails is not uncommon, and diagnosis can be difficult as the nail abnormalities may not be specific, as for instance, in patients presenting with onycholysis or subungual hyperkeratosis, which can be symptoms of many other nail disorders.
