Abstract: Fiber-optic near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy was used to investigate several key features of the polymorphic transitions observed during the crystallization and the filtration of SaC, an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) produced by Sanofi-Synthelabo.
