Abstract: An optimal homotopy-analysis approach is described for Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation (HJB) arising in nonlinear optimal control problems. This optimal approach contains at most three convergence-control parameters and is computationally rather efficient. A kind of averaged residual error is defined.
