Abstract: Antigen-antibody interaction is crucial in autoimmune disease pathogenesis, as multiple sclerosis and neuromyelitis optica. Given that, autoantibodies are essential biomolecules, of which the myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) can figure as a target.
