This study aims to measure the preventive effect of the silver, Zn oxide nanoparticles, and Camellia sinensis L. (black tea) on liver toxicity caused by the paracetamol drug. The Nanomaterials, with a practical size range of 33–40nm, black tea was extracted by Soxhlet apparatus using methanol alcohol at a concentration (80%); design in this study, 60 adult male rats weighing between 195 and 330 g and aged 11 to 14 weeks were used. They were kept in a relatively regulated setting with a temperature of 25Co at the University of Karbala’s animal facility. They received food. There were eight rat group divisions. G1: just received saline solution (0,85%) as the control. G2: 250 milligrams of black tea and 250 milligrams of paracetamol per kilogram of body weight. G3: 400 milligrams of C. sinensis L. and 250 milligrams of paracetamol per kilogram of body weight. G4: injection of 0.3 milligrams of zinc nanoparticles and 250 milligrams of paracetamol per kilogram of body weight. G5: injection of 0.5 milligrams of zinc nanoparticles and 250 milligrams of paracetamol per kilogram of body weight. G6: injection of 0.3 milligrams of silver nanoparticles and 250 milligrams of paracetamol per kilogram of body G7: injection of 0.5 milligrams of silver nanoparticles and 250 milligrams of paracetamol per kilogram of body, G8: 250 milligrams of paracetamol per kilogram of body administered intravenously, the blood bled for 30 days after receiving all dosages orally once daily for 21 days. When rats were given injections of 0.5 mg of nanoparticles and when injections of 250 mg of a black tee., it was discovered that the concentration of Malondialdehyde MDA, Lipid Peroxidation LPO, Triacylglycerid, cholesterol levels, and glucose decreased significantly. In contrast, Glutathione peroxidase GPX and protein levels are increased considerably. This was due to the injections’ preventive and antioxidant action against the oxidative stress brought on by the paracetamol height dose. The aim from this the study effect Phenol compound isolated from Menthe spicata leaves and Nano – Zinc Oxide on Antimicrobial activity antifungal (Candida albicans ) and antibacterial (staphylococcuse aureas and Escherichia coli) , The Menth spicata plant collection from the city of Karbala in 2/9/ 2022 after cleaning and removing soil. As the seed were washed three times with tap water , extraction by using soxhelet apparatus by using methanol (70%) , through 24 hours of and evaporation by rotary evaporation apparatus 40C° for drying, and isolation phenol from Menthe spicata leaves , E. coli and Sta. aureus and C.albicans were obtained from libraries university of karbala , the antimicrobial test against (S.aureas , E.coli and C.albicans) was detected by disc diffusion methods was carried out using phenol extract at concentrations of 0.5, 1, 2, and 13 mg/ml , while Znonanoparticles was performed 0.2, 0.5, 0.8, and 1 mg/ml concentration . indicate the results the inhibition zone of phenol was 17.5 against C.albicans , 13.76 mm against E .coli, 12.87 mm against S. aureus in concentration (0.5) mg/ml. while concentration 1 mg/ml in C.albicans 18.34 , S. aureus 13.98mm , E.coli 14.98mm , while concentration 2mg/ml in C.albicans 19.21mm , S. aureus 14.98mm , E.coli 16.87 mm , concentration 3 mg/ml in C.albicans 21.65mm S. aureus 16.87 mm , E.coli (17.98) mm. While Znonanoparticles' C.albicans inhibition zone was 18.98, , 19.76 mm against E .coli, 20.76 mm against S. aureus in concentration 0.2 mg/ml, while concentration 0.5 mg/ml in C.albicans 19.32 , S. aureus 21.87mm , E.coli 20.54mm , while concentration 0.8mg/ml in C.albicans 21.87mm , S. aureus 22.87 , E.coli 16.87 mm , concentration 1 mg/ml in C.albicans 22.98mm , S. aureus 24.8 mm and E.coli 23.98 mm. The study's finding is that C.albicans was inhibited by phenol compounds at various doses., while the Znonanoparticles with various doses caused the antibacterial activity to be inhibited (S.aureas , E.coli and C.albicans).

This the study carried out inextracting of Anethum graveolensL. (dill) volatile oils belong to umbelliferae family and determent percentage of the oils, phytochemical screen were performed A. graveolens volatile oils extract and displayed positive results for Saponin, Cumarins, Phenol, Glycoside, Alkaloid and Flavonoid while Tannins negative results. and determent their impact oxidative stress Malonaldehyde and Lipid peroxidation level, the animal were divide in to five groups, each of which include three animals, the first groups was control groups, the second groups was injection with A. graveolensL. oils extract at a concentration of 25%mg/kg body weight (B.W), the third groups was injected with concentration of 50 mg/kg (B.W), the fourth groups was injected with concentration of 100 mg/kg (B.W) and five groups was injected with concentration of 200 mg/kg (B.W), was injected 7 days and 14 days and blood bled 30 days, the criteria foe stress (MDA and LPO) were defined to establish the effective duration and concentration, indicate the results the groups (G2, G3, G4 and G5) of male rats displayed significantly decline in MDA level (1.96, 2.52, 1.34 and 1.00μmol/L) respectively in comparison with control 2.47μmol/L at the 7th day, G2, G3, G4, and G5 showed a considerable drop by day 14, however. (2.38, 1.93, 1.62 and 1.06μmol/L) respectively in comparison with control 2.46μmol/L. While resultsLPO levels declined significantly in male rat groups (G2, G3, G4, and G5) (17.14, 13.4, 11.53 and 9.35μmol/L) respectively in comparison with control 22.01μmol/L at the 7th day, while at the 14th day (G2,G3,G4 and G5) showed significantly decrease (25.05, 20.94, 18.73, 10.65 and 11.85μmol/L) respectively compared with control 25.05μmol/L. aim from this research is known protective role and antioxidant for dill volatile oil extract.
