Abstract: Cronobacter sakazakii is an opportunistic food-borne pathogen that endangers the health of neonates and infants. This study aims to elucidate the antibacterial activity and mechanism of Chrysanthemum buds crude extract (CBCE) against C. sakazakii and its application as a natural disinfectant.
