Anti‐inflammatory effects of exercise: role in diabetes and cardiovascular disease

Abstract: Background Persistent inflammation is involved in the pathogenesis of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and cardiovascular disease (CVD).
