Abstract: 1)2 ) (a) and Anomalous magnetoresistance has been observed in pure amorphous silicon /1, 2/. It consisted of a positive component at low magnetic field and a negative one at higher magnetic field, whose relative contributions were dependent on sample preparation. These results have been interpreted in t e r m s of variable range hopping conduction involving spin-flip hopping transitions /3, 4/.
