Abstract:We report a case of hydrocephalus with Dandy–Walker malformation in a 2-month-old girl child recently recovered from COVID-19. The child was detected to have acyanotic heart disease with left-to-right shunt and severe pulmonary arterial hypertension during the preoperative evaluation process for ventriculoperitoneal (VP) shunt placement.
