Employee selection is the first step in a company or agency that aims to obtain qualified and competent human resources that will serve and do all the work on an instinct. The process of selection of prospective employees has two decisions that are accepted and rejected. When an agency or company is unable to determine the human resources that fit the required criteria, it will be very detrimental for an agency or company more than the number of prospective employees who register will be troublesome in terms of calculation and determining competent human resources and in accordance with the required criteria. In this case to minimize or solve the problem, the author designed and built a system to help the agencies, especially Gunung Jati Regional Hospital (RSD) in terms of the selection of new employee admissions. The development of this system by analyzing two methods, namely Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method with Weighted Product (WP) method with the specified criteria. These two methods will be compared to get a good method and relevant to be applied in the selection of new employees at Gunung Jati Hospital so that the human resources received really match the needs of the agency. Analysis is carried out using the accuracy of each method by referring to the original data owned by the institution. The result of saw method conformity or percentage level is 99.959996% with an accuracy value of 84% and wp method of 99.959992% with an accuracy value of 76%. Thus the SAW method is the most relevant method to solve the problem of receiving new employees.

One of the ways that the government can improve the quality of village apparatus performance is to conduct a performance assessment. The performance assessment aims to provide morale to village apparatus to continue to improve their performance. The problem that occurs is the number of assessment criteria used in the performance appraisal. The method used in assessing the performance of village apparatus uses the Weighted Product and Simple Additive Weighting methods to provide recommendations for assessing the performance of village apparatus. In accordance with the results of the tests that have been carried out, the calculation results of the preference value of Simple Additive Weighting have a performance that can be said to be better than the Weighted Product because Simple Additive Weighting is able to minimize the preference value on the same alternative. From the results of the comparison between the calculation of Simple Additive Weighting and Weighted Product, the results of testing the application of the Weighted Product (WP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods in the decision support system for assessing the performance of village apparatus is that decision support using two methods can produce the best alternative and has accuracy which is high when combined with using a website-based application using criteria that are tailored to the needs of village apparatus, especially during the work period using the current WFH (Work From Home) model. Application Test Results can be used as a basis for structured decision making to support the quality assurance process for Village services in Waringinsari Timur

SMA Sumpah Pemuda Jakarta Barat adalah sekolah yang didirikan pada tahun 1995 dan dipimpin oleh Bapak Muhamad Husni, Se, Mm. Sekolah ini memiliki jumlah 38 kelas yang diisikan oleh 927 siswa/i dan memiliki jumlah 24 guru.Masalah yang terjadi sekolah yaitu mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pencarian data siswa dengan cepat dikarenakan data siswa yang sering terselip sehingga proses pencarian data siswa menjadi lambat, kemudian proses arsip data siswa baru yang memakan waktu lama dikarenakan data arsip yang tidak rapi sehingga keterlambatan dalam proses arsip data, lalu pengolahan data pembayaran yang kurang baik dikarenakan terdapat kesalahan dalam pencatatan data pembayaran sehingga informasi yang dihasilkan kurang akurat dan pembuatan laporan yang membutuhkan waktu lama dikarenakan harus mengumpulkan arsip satu per satu sehingga pembuatan laporan menjadi terhambat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka penulis mencoba mengusulkan dengan merancang sebuah sistem informasi penerimaan peserta didik baru dengan bahasa developer program Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 dan penyimpanan data demgam MySql. Adapun metodologi yang digunakan yaitu metodologi berorientasi obyek. Penulis berharap dengan adanya rancangan sistem informasi penerimaan peserta didik baru yang lebih terkomputerisasi dapat membantu mengatasi masalah-masalah yang ada.
