Green growth has been identified as an effective way to foster economic growth and address environmental problems, and is practised in various countries globally. However, there remain several obstacles and difficulties to evaluating green growth practices in theory, as there is no proper evaluation framework. To bridge this gap, a universal and comprehensive evaluation indicator system for green growth is built based on improving the plan–do–check–action (PDCA) cycle method, and then is applied to study China's green growth practices by using a hybrid method combining fuzzy set theory and the Decision‐Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method. The influences and interrelationships of sub‐practices are determined, and a visual analysis is conducted to evaluate their relationships. The findings reveal that five sub‐practices were grouped into a set of causes. Of these, high‐level leadership (G1) is the largest influencing factor, and its support and consideration should be prioritized. The other 10 sub‐practices are classified as a set of effects. Of this set, a well‐governed and effective institutional arrangement (G5) is the most influential practice restricting China's green growth. Additionally, this paper also finds that communicating benefits with stakeholders (G7) is strongly related to other sub‐practices, and is the top factor contributing to the success of China's green growth strategy. This study contributes not only to the literature on green growth practices in an emerging economy but also to giving decision‐makers and researchers inside and outside China valuable inspiration and references for improving the performance of green growth practices. ÖZGeri dönüşüm; doğal kaynaklarımızın tüketimini azaltarak enerji ve hammadde tasarrufu sağlar, iş imkânı olanaklarını arttırır, maliyetleri azaltarak ülke ekonomisine katkıda bulunur. Geri dönüşüm sektöründe ülke olarak oldukça geri seviyelerde olmamızın nedenleri hep tartışma konusu olmuştur. Atık yönetiminde yapılan hataları doğru tespit etmek en uygun stratejiye yönelmemizi sağlayacaktır. Bu çalışmada ülkemizde geri dönüşüm sektörüne ait ve Bilim, Sanayi, Teknoloji Bakanlığınca belirlenmiş olan sorun alanları incelenerek Dematel ve Gri Dematel yöntemleri ile önceliklendirilmiştir. Daha sonra da bu önceliklendirmelere uygun görülen politikalar değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda atık yönetimi konusunda uygulama eksikliklerinin en önemli sorun alanı olduğu belirlenmiş ve sorunun üstesinden gelmek için dikkat edilmesi gereken politikalar sıralanmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Geri Dönüşüm, Dematel, Gri Dematel Evaluation of problem areas related to the recycling sector via dematel and grey dematel method ABSTRACT Currently, people must make well and clean decisions in difficult living and working conditions. To survive in such a Recycling saves energy and raw materials by reducing the consumption of our natural resources, increases job opportunities and contributes to the country's economy by reducing costs. The reason we are quite back in the recycling sector as a country has always been the subject of debate. Identifying correctly the mistakes made in waste management will provide us to tend the right strategy. In this study, the problem areas identified by T.C. Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology related to recycling sector are prioritized by Dematel and Grey Dematel methods. Then, the policies considered appropriate to these priorities were evaluated. As a result of the study, it has been determined that the lack of implementation in waste management is the most important problem area and the policies that should be paid attention from the top of the problem are listed.

The primary purpose of this study was to explore how food dealers develop methods that facilitate transaction efficiency and how they select the optimal food channels. This study establishes a model according to the impact of transaction cost factors on consumers' decision-making regarding purchase of fresh snack foods. Using fresh snack foods in Taiwan as an example, this study employed a fuzzy analytic network process to solve decision-making problems with multiple criteria by comparing the interaction between each transaction cost factor to obtain the factor weightings as well as the weightings of the transaction costs at each decision stage. This study found that food safety assurance and providing sufficient nutrition information were the most essential topics; thus, the optimal choice for snack food producers is to develop retail outlets. This study construction process proposed is innovative and operational, and the results may provide a reference for snack food dealers or microfood enterprises to assist them in developing their food channels.
