An inadvertent subarachnoid injection reversed by cerebrospinal fluid lavage for the treatment of chronic low back pain

Abstract: Rationale: We present a case of high spinal anesthesia after inadvertent injection of local anesthetics and corticosteroids into the subarachnoid space during attempted epidural injection.
