An experimental study of viscero-visceral hyperalgesia using an ultrasound-based multimodal sensory testing approach

Abstract: Widespread visceral hypersensitivity and the overlap of symptom complexes observed in functional gastrointestinal disorders may be related to central sensitization and neuroplastic changes.
