The development of natural language processing resources for Albanian has grown steadily in recent years. This paper presents research conducted on unsupervised learning-the challenges associated with building a dictionary for the Albanian language and creating part-of-speech tagging models. The majority of languages have their own dictionary, but languages with low resources suffer from a lack of resources. It facilitates the sharing of information and services for users and whole communities through natural language processing. The experimentation corpora for the Albanian language includes 250K sentences from different disciplines, with a proposal for a part-of-speech tagging tag set that can adequately represent the underlying linguistic phenomena. Contributing to the development of Albanian is the purpose of this paper. The results of experiments with the Albanian language corpus revealed that its use of articles and pronouns resembles that of more high-resource languages. According to this study, the total expected frequency as a means for correctly tagging words has been proven effective for populating the Albanian language dictionary.

E-learning in higher education is exponentially increased during the past decade due to its inevitable benefits in critical situations like natural disasters, wars, and pandemic like COVID 2019. The reliable, fair, and seamless execution of online exams in E-learning is highly significant. Particularly, online exams are conducted on E-learning platforms without the physical presence of students and instructors at the same place. This poses several issues like integrity and security during online exams. To address such issues, researchers frequently proposed different techniques and tools. However, a study summarizing and analyzing latest developments, particularly in the area of online examination, is hard to find in the literature. In this article, a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of online examination is performed to select and analyze 53 studies published during the last five years (i.e. Jan 2016 to July 2020). Subsequently, five leading online exams features targeted in the selected studies are identified. Moreover, underlying development approaches for the implementation of online exams solutions are explored. Furthermore, 16 important techniques / algorithms and 11 datasets are presented. In addition to this, 21 online exams tools proposed in the selected studies are identified. Additionally, 25 leading existing tools used in the selected studies are also presented. Finally, the par-

In the last decade, online learning has become a trendy topic. Rapid technology advancements urge the education community to continue to innovate with internet-based learning. Religious education, which is critical in forming students' personalities, is being challenged to continue adapting their learning techniques amid the COVID-19 pandemic, which pushes learning to take place at home. This study aims to identify the amount of advancement of research on online learning in religious education courses. This study used the Rapid Review approach, which involves conducting a fast review of previous studies. This study uses 13 articles from search results. This study finds four major themes in research on online learning in religious education: learning methods used in the online learning process, obstacles encountered in the online learning process, evaluations conducted in the online learning process, and student, teacher, and parent perspectives on the online learning process.
