An evaluation of the Olsen test as a measure of plant-available phosphorus in grassland soils derived from basalt parent material

Abstract: Anecdotal and circumstantial evidence have suggested that the Olsen test underestimates plantavailable phosphorus (P) in basaltic soils in Northern Ireland.
