An Enhanced Global Index for Location-Based Mobile Broadcast Services

Abstract: This paper proposes a new global index structure and processing for location-dependent queries in mobile broadcast environments. The proposed scheme consists of two essential elements for addressing spatial queries in broadcast databases.
