“…This includes using green reducing agents or water‐based methods, and low toxicity solvents. [ 178,179 ] Waste management related to fabrication, and the recycling of critical metal should also be considered, to increase cost‐effectiveness and reduce environmental impact. Until now, there have been few studies on this issue.…”

“…A schematic illustration of the water-based vacuum filtration wet-transfer printing fabrication procedure is shown in figure 1. Briefly, micrometer-sized AgNWs with diameters of 150 and 22 nm were first synthesized by a modified polyol reduction route in the presence of polyvinylpyrrolidine (PVP) [33][34][35][36][37] and the successful synthesis was confirmed by XRD (figure S2) and SEM (figure S3). Then ethylene glycol (EG) was added to increase the viscosity of AgNW dispersion (table S1).…”

“…As the base of flexible electronics, a silver nanowire (AgNW) transparent electrode has broad application prospects. For practical application, the uniformity of the transparent electrode is important. To promote the uniformity of AgNW transparent electrode, researchers have developed many excellent strategies. First, researchers improve the wettability between the ink and the substrate. , Specific methods include adjusting the surface tension of the ink and substrate by the following methods: ozone activation, corona treatment, binder coating, adding surfactant or low-surface-tension material, etc. Second, the drying process is carefully controlled to relieve the problem of coffee ring and punctate film. Third, the film-preparation technology (ink dosage, coating speed, etc.)…”
