Abstract: ABSTRACTAmiloride-sensitive sodium channels are localized to the microvillar domain of apical membranes in sodium-transporting renal epithelial cells. To elucidate the elements that maintain sodium channel distribution at the apical membrane, we searched for specific proteins associating with the channel.
