Abstract: Poly(epsilon-caprolactone)/poly(ethylene glycol) (abbreviated as CE) diblock copolymers were synthesized to make core-shell type nanoparticles for all-trans-retinoic acid (atRA). Fluorescence spectroscopy showed that critical association concentration (CAC) value decreased at higher MW of CE diblock copolymer.
