Algae Supplementation for Exercise Performance: Current Perspectives and Future Directions for Spirulina and Chlorella

Abstract: Nutritional clinical trials have reported algae such as spirulina and chlorella to have the capability to improve cardiovascular risk factors, anemia, immune function, and arterial stiffness.
